Day 1 Workout.
Tuesday September 20, 2011! That was the FIRST day of my actual HARDCORE workout & diet.
I swear I tried to make it Monday but I failed miserably at the end. On Monday I didn’t get up to work out but I ate somewhat healthy. Breakfast- Honeynut Cheerios (trying to lower my cholesterol) Lunch- Quiznos You Pick 2- Med Bowl of Broccoli and Cheese soup with a Med Bowl of chicken salad (YUM)...
